Last month, and following the success of our Luxury Insights Report: Blockchain, NFTs and the Future of Collectables - which saw record-breaking downloads - we partnered with international auction house Christie’s to host a panel exploring ‘What’s Hot and What’s Not on the Blockchain’.
The event was moderated by ArtTactic founder, Anders Petterson, and included panellists Claudia Schurch, Head of Post War & Contemporary Sale at Christie's; MDRx's COO Sian Rodway; Bernadine Bröcker Wieder, CEO from Arcual; and Alex Estorick.
All speakers agreed there is a new and improved ‘NFT-as-utility’ paradigm in our midst as the blockchain is being used as a tool for authentication, verification and community across luxury sectors.
